Yes, free quotes on most jobs. Diagnostic camera inspections may carry a small fee that's credited toward the work if you move forward.

Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeated clogs usually mean a deeper issue — grease buildup, tree roots, or a sewer-line problem. A camera inspection finds the real cause so it doesn't keep coming back.
What is hydro-jetting?
Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of your pipes, clearing grease, scale, and roots that snaking alone can't fully remove.
What is pipe descaling?
Descaling mechanically removes rust and scale buildup from the inside of old cast-iron pipes, restoring them close to their original diameter and flow.
Do you replace sewer and water lines?
Yes. When a line is cracked, collapsed, or root-damaged beyond repair, we replace it — and our camera inspection confirms exactly what's needed first.

Do you replace sump pumps?
Yes. We replace worn or failed sump pumps and test the system so your basement stays dry through the next heavy rain.
Can you pump out a flooded basement?
Yes — we pump out standing water after a backup or storm, then help you find and fix the cause.
What does basement waterproofing involve?
We diagnose where water is getting in and address it at the source so the basement stays dry, rather than just managing the symptoms.

Do you charge a service-call fee?
We may charge a small dispatch or camera-inspection fee, credited toward the work if you move forward.

Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Most repairs include a labor warranty, and line replacements and sump pumps include the manufacturer warranty on top of ours. Ask for specifics on your job.
